Popular TV personality, businessman, and polygamist Musa Mseleku and his first wife, Busisiwe ‘MaCele’ Cele, celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. The reality TV star and host of the controversial Mzansi Magic show Mnakwethu took to social media to let fans and followers into how they celebrated the occasion.
Captioning the post, Mseleku said: “Full 20th anniversary. I never thought, but God has been good.”
The couple met at a supermarket in 2000 and had a white wedding two years later, in 2002.
He has three other wives – Nokukhanya ‘MaYeni’ Mseleku, Thobile ‘MaKhumalo’ Mseleku, and Mbali ‘MaNgwabe’ Mseleku.
Speaking to Drum at their wedding in 2019, MaCele said she could “proudly” call herself his wife as the traditional wedding solidified their union.
She further said that while she had questioned God for putting her in a marriage that was against her beliefs, she was “forced to adapt” to God’s plan.
During the same ceremony, Drum reported that Mseleku praised MaCele for her devotion to him over the years. He further spoke about having no doubts about her ever leaving him, adding that she was the love of his life.
Macele is one of the strongest women in this world, after everything she’s been with Muss Mseleku from being the only wife to Musa Mseleku to sharing him with 3 more wives it’s not easy at all, but she is still standing and that’s amazing. She is a great example to a lot of women out there that no marriage is perfect, but there will be challenges along the way if you love your partner you will stay together no matter what.
