Vuyokazi Tshona is an actress also known as her character role Buhle on Imbewu.Vuyokazi was born on 27 August 1992, born at Eastern Cape South Africa.Vuyokazi is a twin to her Sister Vuyelwa.
Vuyokazi’s twin sister is also an actress, as she was back from manilla where she was an actress and singer for the Disney Lion King.

 

Vuyo’s life is well planned as she sets her eyes on becoming a professional. The stars however have more in store for her. As destiny reveals itself, she finds herself in the entertainment industry. Quickly becoming one of Mzansi’s sweethearts, Vuyo keeps aiming for the stars.
Although it’s not her intention to be an actress, she falls in love with the craft at the age of 18. Despite knowing she has a celestial voice, she doesn’t see herself as a performer. Subsequent to completing her matric, Vuyokazi moves to Durban to further her studies.Vuyokazi’s debut role is on the award winning SABC1 soapie, Uzalo. She features as a choir member, a role she gets because of her celestial voice. This sees her getting another role on another drama series Ingozi. While on set, Vuyokazi falls in love with acting and decides to focus exclusively on it.
“I could sing, but I never thought I could perform as an actor. As I got into it, I realised that I could actually do it. I then enrolled at the Joburg Theatre to learn more,” she shares. “Church was a social place for me. I grew up in church. I started singing at church and I got my first role because I could sing,” she adds.
Her twin is Vuyo’s inspiration and the reason she has a knack for the arts. At 25 years of age, Vuyelwa returns from Manila, Philippines where she was also an actress and singer for Disney’s Lion King international tour.
