The SABC radio stations have made major changes for their 2022-2023 line up.

We have seen how Ukhozi FM have pulled the stops to ensure that they bring out the best talent for their programs. Already the listeners are excited and looking forward to it. It is like Ukhozi has listened to the demands of its learners by bringing the presenters which their listeners have been asking.

 

 

The number one commerical radio, Metro FM has also dropped the bomb with their line up for 2022-2023. Metro did like Ukhozi FM too by bringing the presenters who had left the station.

It will be remembered that Mzansi Celebrity News © had been reporting that Metro has brought back their star presenter, Thabo Molefe also known as Tbo Touch. Although the SABC denied that but it has turned to be true. There were reports that Metro FM will pay R480 000 a month to Tbo Touch as it was the agreement reached in order for him to make a return.

Seeing that now he has returned to the show, this could only mean the reports were true.

Molefe’s name appears in the line up list and he will be hosting his old show, The Touchdown 15:00-18:00 weekdays.

Other two presenters who are joining Metro FM, it’s the former Y FM presenter, Khutso Theledi who was hosting a drive show as from April last year. Theledi will be joining Mo Flava on a breakfast show, 5-10 am.

The Idols SA presenter, Proverb, has been announced as the new Metro FM presenter. He will be joining Lerato Kganyago on the midday show, 12:00-15:00.

He is not new on radio as he has previously worked at Kaya FM. He is set to make fire in this show considering that they are the same spirit with LKG.
