Iconic Nollywood actor in hospital, fears amputation

Nigerian actor John Okafor who is best known as Mr Ibu has taken to his social media page to appeal to his fans and social media fans across Nigeria to assist him with his medical bills as he revealed that without the finances, his leg would be amputated.

John Okafor shared that he has been struggling with his health for the past few weeks. The prominent Nollywood actor has revealed that he faces his leg being amputated if he does not get a hold of enough money to cover his medical bills. Laying in a hospital bed, he appealed to the masses to help save his limb.

 

 
“Dear Good people of Nigeria, we are counting on your support at this point. We need it the most. I have been down for so many weeks. I am hoping for your prayers and assistance. As I am speaking to you, I am still lying down in the hospital, he said.“The medical doctor of this hospital said the best solution is [that], in case his new idea did not work, [then] the best idea is to cut off my leg. Just see me. If they cut off my leg where will I go to? Where will I go to work? Where do I go from here? Please, be in the prayers for me. Talk to God almighty. I do not want my leg to be cut off. Thank you so much.
