“I write this with tears in my eyes” – Somizi Mhlongo Motaung. 

Somizi wrote a very heartfelt message to his mother this morning as he celebrates his 48th birth.

Today marks the day that 48 years ago the late Mary Twala Mhlongo gave the world the most precious gift that could have ever been given to the entertainment industry.

She gave birth to a multi talented star who is not shy of expressing who is he.

And also a person who is brings the vibe into any room. She also gave birth to a husband for Mohale Motaung, Somizi Mhlongo.

Somizi wrote a very lengthy message to his mother about his birthday and it being the first one he will be celebrating without recieving a phone call from his bubbly mother. He said that it is indeed a bitter sweet moment for him.He also included that his gift from him to himself today was to love himself more than he has ever loved himself.
