Sello Maake kaNcube, the legendary actor, has joined the Skeem Saam cast. He’ll take on the role of Ntate Kganyago.

Sello (62) is best known for his roles in The Queen, Blood & Water, Generations, The River, and Vula Vala.

For many years, he was also a member of the cast of the Broadway musical The Lion King.

 

He couldn’t say much about his character on Skeem Saam, but he did say that people would enjoy seeing him on their screens.

“Ntate Kganyago is a patient of Lizzy (Amanda Manku) at Turf Hospital.
“He warns Lizzy about a potential scammer that Lizzy was considering going on a date with.

“The rest of his character will be revealed as time goes on,” he said.
