Her financial misfortunes date back to 2018 when financial giants Nedbank wanted to repossess her house after she failed to pay her monthly instalments.
She now risks losing her house. Nedbank gave her a mere six-day grace period to pay her R1.9m home loan. βIt’s all true. I went to Nedbank and they gave me more days.β
The Loliwe hit maker told Sowetan Live about her financial battles and how she is struggling.
She has failed to keep up with her R17 655 monthly instalments and this could all blow up in her face.
She has asked those willing to assist her to do so as she could soon be homeless.
βI was advised not to put my banking details out there. They should call me for my banking details,β Zahara said.
These are certainly hard times for Zahara.
