“EWN “reports that the Department of Home Affairs is expected to appoint Bianca as the executor of her deceased partner’s inheritance. In August, Naidoo and the Department of Home Affairs were engaged in a court dispute regarding the rapper’s estate.

The department initially reportedly refused to acknowledge her as the late rapper’s legal wife, but there is now optimism, according to Sunday World.

Apparently, Riky did not leave a will when he passed away in February of this year. Even though they were not legally married but both families knew about their union.

According to Bianca she feels deserves to be the executor of his late husband’s estate and it looks like she is willing to fight for what is rightfully hers.
