It is true when they say that everyone who is today at the top today somehow never had it easy when coming to making it.

Nelisiwe Sibiya is a South African media personality known for being a musician and a singer. She is popular known from Durban Gen whereby she plays the character of Mbali Dlamini. Nelisiwe as Mbali appears as an Intern Doctor and as a girlfriend to DR Lindelani Zulu, her senior. She was previously married to Sibusiso who passed on and later, she was forced to marry his brother being Thabo who is also a Doctor. Nelisiwe has today made it but never had it easy.

She had to be out in the streets everyday promoting or looking for OLX customers. She took to social media sharing her story together with her old pictures whereby she was out in the streets.

Speaking about what she went through, Nelisiwe on Instagram said “Shout out to the younger me after matric, the driven young me who had nothing but just a dream,a younger me who would take 3/4 taxis everyday to go to work as a promoter on the streets and malls”.

“Saving money to take myself to varsity because my mother was just a street vendor who couldn’t afford to even buy us clothes as long as sidlile”, Nelisiwe Sibiya added on Instagram.
