‘Her children are obese’: SA drags Connie Ferguson’s workout video

Legendary actress Connie Ferguson was dragged on social media this weekend for reportedly “neglecting her daughters” weight.

The Queen creator and actress Connie Ferguson who’s made gym part of her lifestyle and has motivated people with her fitness videos was slammed on social media after her workout video went viral.

Fakaza reports that the 53-year-old trended on Sunday, 7 January when social media user @realnorma_kay dragged her for not helping her two daughters Alicia Ferguson and Lesedi Matsunyane-Ferguson lose weight.

“Her children are obese, how come their mother does not inspire them,” she tweeted.

When @KweziQuesta defended the Generations: The Legacy actress: “Unlike their mother they grew up with everything available to them. They’re not obese they’re happily rich.”

RealNorma_Kay responded: “They are fat.”
