Legendary actor Menzi Ngubane has been working steadily for almost 30 years. 

Over the course of his long acting career, Menzi Ngubane played hundreds of different roles in films and television shows like How to Steal 2 Million and Generations. The news of his passing stunned and grieved many people because of his stellar performing career in cinema and television, which earned him a slew of accolades and fans from coast to coast.

The Burial of Menzi Ngubane 

On March 13, 2021, Menzi Ngubane passed suddenly at his home in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal, from complications related to a stroke. He left behind a wife, Sikelelo Sishuba, and two daughters, Siyasanaga and Ziyanda Ngubane. The late actor was 56 years old when he passed away. After news of the actor’s death was confirmed, a family spokesman released the following statement:

Today, with great sadness, the Ngubane family confirmed the passing of their beloved son, the award-winning actor Menzi Ngubane. Most of Menzi’s time was spent “raising good lifestyle alterations needed to cope with diseases like kidney disease and sugar diabetes and demystifying worries associated to them.” 

Finally, the family thanked everyone who had showed their love and support for their son and the family throughout the late actor’s health challenges.

In light of Menzi Ngubane’s father’s passing 

Three days after Menzi’s death, his father also passed away, bringing the Ngubane family’s total number of losses this year to four.
