Head of Hawks Godfrey Lebeya has revealed the new information on Phalaphala Farm investigation today

The Phalaphala alleged theft at the farm of President Cyril Ramaphosa has taken another turn , the new update was given by head of hawks , Godfrey Lebeya .

Lebeya who is the head of the hawks said the investigations are well underway regarding the case which was opened against President Cyril Ramaphosa by the former spy boss ,Arthur Fraser .


 

 
The Hawks say there are 41 statements in the docket regarding the Phalaphala farm , but the head of the directorate said he cannot confirm of President Cyril Ramaphosa is part of the them .

It is unclear if President Cyril Ramaphosa will be charged , but the crime expects are of the view that it is highly unlikely that the president will be charged because the affidavit of Fraser is full of hearsay that factual information.

When you analyse this information you can see that President Cyril Ramaphosa is actually been targeted not to seek the reelection as the leader of the ANC in December.

The leader of the EFF ,Julius Malema, has alleged that in fact Former President Thabo Mbeki is working with Arthur Fraser to remove President Ramaphosa from office , Mbeki has however called the Malema allegations as rumours which emanate from the apartheid machinery .
