Gauteng premier Panyaza Lefusa requested a state funeral for the legendary South African rapper AKA Forbes Keirnan, the death of AKA left many South Africans with questions of why him at this age and he still had more to give to his fans.

Today we see the whole premier attempted to give a South African rapper a state funeral thaat was reported rejected, after he requested he confirmed that he didn’t succeed in getting permission to give AKA state funeral.

Lesufi said ” the state funeral was not for financial request but the province wanted to honor AKA by draping the coffin, with the SA flag”.

He was a great South African rapper and what is your take does he deserve a state funeral as a well-known rapper, or the presidency did well by turning down the request of the premier of Gauteng.
