The electricity to Black Coffee’s house was cut yesterday due to a large unpaid bill.

Nathi Maphumulo’s children and soon to be ex-wife spent the night in the darkness last night after their lights were switched off for not paying the bill. This was confirmed by Nathi himself in a series of tweets directed to his ex lover, Enhle Mbali.

Black Coffee claims that Mbali, who now lives apart with their two boys, has an expensive lifestyle and he has been financing this lifestyle since their separation. He also claims that the reason the electricity was cut off was because Mbali did not pay for the bill for months, even though he had been sending her the bills and money to pay.

Black Coffee has also revealed that he had bought Enhle Mbali an brand new car and also continued to pay her R65 000 monthly, while paying for the house bills and children’s school fees too.

Mbali had posted a picture on Instagram claiming that she and her children were enjoying the darkness and making fun of their bad situation.

The world-reknown musician also added that he had now paid the electricity bill because he felt pain for his boys who shlouldnt stay without power in this cold winter nights.
