Zikhona Sodlaka is one of South Africa’s most celebrated actresses.
She has appeared on several local productions such as Generations and The Housekeeper.
She has also managed to draw a lot of attention to herself because of her beauty and signature bald look.
Some might only know Sodlaka as an actress but she is also a singer.
Here is a brief background about her:
Zikhona Sodlaka was born in 1985 in the Eastern Cape but she grew up in Kwa-Zulu Natal. She later attended school at Excelsior Senior Secondary School in Umtata. Sodlaka then completed her Matric at Warriors Rust High School in Margate.
After her Matric year, Zikhona studied Business Administration at Shepstone College.
She then started her acting career in 2006 when she got a role in an SABC1 drama series known as Tshatsha during its 4th season. She has also appeared Muvhango, and Rhythm City, After 9 and Soul City.
She also played a starring role on the e.tv soccer drama Shooting Stars
and she appeared on several television productions that included SABC 1 Shakespeare drama – Entabeni.
