How did Thando Thabethe rise to fame?

The actress is proof of the”Catch them Young” mantra. Her media career kicks off when she is in high school. Here she is involved in shows like Backchat, YOTV’s Quest for Fame, and Celebrity Fast Facts. To prove just how talented she is, Thando lands a news reading job at UJFM while at university. The year 2011 sees her hosting a documentary on DSTV, ”Mindset Learn”. That same year, she lands a promotion to be the host of UJFM drive and a hosting gig for “Audio Treat” that aired every weekend from 12pm to 3pm. Three years down the line, she becomes the host of 1’s and 2’s, a reality competition talent show that aired on SABC 1.
