Lunathi Mampofu (born 7 March 1987) is a South African actress. She became popular upon landing a starring role as Zikhona on Ingozi, an SABC1 drama series, her first starring role on TV.

Her parents are Patrick (father) and Nosabata (mother), she says that they are the most liberal and understanding beings she has ever met. She is the sister of actor Oros Mampofu.

She attended the South African School of Motion Picture Medium and Live Performance (AFDA).

She received her first training in the institution and graduated in 2010. Lunathi later studied at the New York Film Academy.

She has appeared in several theater productions including Almost Maine, Remember to Remember the Memorial, and Look Before You Leap.

As an actress, she appeared in student and professional films. During her days at AFDA, she has acted in Rising Light, Umthandazo, and Little Blue Line.
