1981 in New Brighton, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa, Zolisa Xaluva is an actor and television personality best known for portraying Jason in the SABC soap opera Generations and Melusi in the Mzansi Magic drama series Gomora.
Attended Pretoria University for her matriculation. He studied Media Studies and Communication Science at Technikon Witwatersrand for a while after graduating from high school. With one year left in the program, he discontinued it owing to financial issues. He tried to start a campus radio station for Technikon Witwatersrand in an effort to make ends meet, but he was rejected because he was no longer a student there.

In season three of the drama series Tsha Tsha on SABC 1, Zolisa Xaluva will play Lwazi Mboweni. He was hired to play Jason Malinga in the SABC 1 soap drama Generations in 2005. He was given time off by the Generations producers in 2006 to film Tsha Tsha season 4. He was cast in a supporting role as HHP’s Manager in the serial opera Rhythm City on e.tv in 2008. That same year, he also had appearances on the SABC 1 drama series Tshisa season 2 and the miniseries uGugu no Andile.He received the 2020 Mzansi Magic telenovela Gomora role of Melusi, the school principal.
