By now it should be common knowledge that Gomora Mzansi is one of the country’s leading telenovelas. It recently surpassed The Queen as the most-watched on DSTV. The drama’s fans are in for a treat as one of its most-loved characters Ntokozo, portrayed by Ntobeko Sishi, could face serious jail time. This comes after the introduction of one detective Mahasela who’s made it his life’s mission to get to the bottom of Mbongeni,’s murder case.

After doing some digging and all evidence pointing to Mam Sonto, some leads also pointed to highschool pupil Ntokozo and after taking some fingerprints, Mahlasela found that 70% of the prints on the murder weapon matched those of Ntokozo and as a result, he was taken in on the latest episode. At this point, we don’t see how he’ll jump the gun. After all, he was the one who murdered Mbongeni and all the evidence points out to him, and there’s no way Mam Sonto will risk her own life to save him.

@Tshegoo_ questioned the manner in which Mahlasela handled Ntokozo since he is a minor.Lerato@Leera_22 said that everything that’s happening on the show right now is giving her stress.

“I cant tell what’s going to be worse between Sonto being exposed and arrested with Ntokozo or Manzi being exposed to everyone including Gladys and Melusi or what Zodwa is going to do to Manzi.”
Gomora is a South African drama by Seriti Films. The telenovela came in the place of Isthembiso which was canceled after its third season. The story is centered around two families and is set in the township of Alexandra, north of Johannesburg.
The two families’ worlds collide after a hijacking which claimed the life of a husband and family man.
