The Zimbabwean businessman, Ginimbi, died in a car accident over the weekend. He was with his three friends when the his car crashed. The Rolls Royce he was driving on his way home from one of his friend’s birthday party, Moana, collided with a Honda Fit car.

Family spokesperson, Darling Kadungure, told Nhau/Indaba that a post-mortem that was cconducted on Tuesday revealed that the late socialite and businessman Genius Kadungure revealed that his death was caused by internal bleeding, hemorrhagic polytruama. He was the only person in the car that managed to get out after the car crashed and burn. Some eye witnesses say he was alive for a few minutes before he passed away.

Polytrauma occurs when a person experiences injuries to multiple body parts and organ systems often, as a result of blast-related events. Internal bleeding is bleeding that occurs within your body when damage to an artery or vein allows blood to escape the circulatory system and collect inside the body.

If internal bleeding is not treated, the heart and breathing rate will continue to increase while blood pressure and mental status decrease. Eventually, internal bleeding can result in death by blood loss. Unfortunately, the other passenger’s bodies where burnt beyond recognition and DNA tests are being conducted to determine who is who.
