It was a painful sight to behold as former Secretary General of the Economic Freedom Fighters political party, Gardee Godrich performed a dust to dust and ashes to ashes ritual for his late daughter. The EFF official Twitter handle posted the video, which was rather painful and agonizing to watch. The EFF official Twitter handle wrote, “EFF former SG @GardeeGodrich paying his last respects to his daughter Hillary, by throwing her last traces of blood, found on the grass she was clutching on. #RIPHillaryGardee”. The occasion was heavily attended by EFF faithful who stood all around the chief mourners as people commend the party for showing a high level of brotherhood. The father of the slain lady had earlier delivered a heartbreaking eulogy for his late daughter who was murdered in cold blood, and the EFF leader and founder, Julius Malema followed suit. These eulogies brought people to tears.

Described by friends and family as an epitome of beauty, hard work and intelligence, Hillary Gardee was murdered by yet to be identified persons after she was declared missing. Her body was found few days later in a bush. It was heartbreaking and a tears sight as the grave was being covered by some EFF members. From the earth we were formed, and to the earth we shall return. #RIPHillaryGardee”. Many people have been consoling the family of the murdered 28 years old Hillary, who was also described as a promising young lady, praying that God would comfort them.
