Former Ukhozi FM presenter joins another SABC radio station

Good news for former Ukhozi FM presenter as he will now be heard on air once again. Yes, that’s right, he will be back on air as a presenter on Metro FM this time around.

Last month when Siya Mhlongo bid his farewell on air in Ukhozi FM, he left many of his fans heartbroken as they were enjoying to listen to him on air.

Siya Mhlongo without a doubt is such an incredible presenter, full of knowledge and good presenting skills on air. He knows the atiqutes of radio and delivers accordingly. Whatever show that Mhlongo is doing, he excels on it.

 

 
That is why it was so sad when he left Ukhozi FM as on air presenter at the end of March. Mhlongo joined Ukhozi FM as a gospel show presenter when he left Gagasi FM. Seeing how incredible he is, he was promoted to host the weekdays midday show with Selby Mkhize and thereafter they went to host the drive show. Mhlongo continued to make magic on that show.

Then earlier on this year, Ukhozi FM announced that Mhlongo will be no longer an on air presenter but he will now be presenting their new TV channel which is a Vodcast, available on their website.

The cries of many people were heard as Metro has hired Mhlongo.

Yes, Siya Mhlongo has joined Metro FM to co host Sacred Space with Thami Ngubeni. Mhlongo will start at beginning of May and replaces gospel sensation Khaya Mthethwa.

He took to Twitter to announce that he has joined Metro FM and very excited with the welcome he received from Thami Ngubeni.

The show airs every Sunday from 06:00 to 09:00.
