Former South Africa and Mozambique first lady Graca Machel’s age was revealed as she celebrated her birthday.

Former first lady of South Africa Graca Machel’s age was revealed on her birthday.

Graca Machel remains one of Africa’s most famous first ladies out of her extraordinary work.

 

 

She had been at the centre spearheading charity in South Africa and Mozambique.

When Nelson Mandela died in 2013, many South Africans were not interested in following Graca’s life.

They had been busy with new first ladies, but Graca had been doing a lot of work since then.

Her work has been to neighbouring countries like Zimbabwe, where they immensely love her.

Famous Zimbabwean journalist Hopewell Chin’ono celebrated her birthday, sharing on his Instagram.

He spoke at large of the person he believed and saw in her.

“Happy birthday to Mama Graça Machel.”

The famous politician and humanitarian Graca Machel was born on 17 October 1945 and had been celebrating her 78th birthday.

Born Graca Simbine, she was born in Gaza Province in Mozambique after her father had died.

On her Education, Graca studied at the University of Lisbon in Portugal, where she studied German.
