The Malaika lead singer Matshediso “Tshedi” Mholo has come out with good yet unexpected news. The singer revealed to her fans that she is going back to school to study.

She said in her post that she has successfully enrolled in Boston city campus and she did highlight that she will be funded by Samro throughout her studies.

In her post, she said the following

“Knowledge is Power! Enrolled with @bostoncitycampus Never too late. Wish me luck. Thanks to @Samro for paying for my studies. Motho ke go icheba, ke tla pallwa ke lekile. Mare nna ke gana ka nna,” she wrote on her instagram page.

Tshedi recently announced to her fans that she officially leaving the Band Malaika for good. Although this news was not good for her fans but it was expected since the group members have been fighting for years now. Tshedi announced that she will be known as a solo artist from now on.

Going back to school is good news and we wish her all best in obtaining her qualification.
