Former Generations: The Legacy actor, Tswyza, recently got married.

The year kicked off with a blast for former Generations: The Legacy actor, Kope ‘Tswyza’ Makgae who played the role of Mrekza on the telenovela.

The actor recently parted ways with Generations: The Legacy after eight years and joined eTV’s Isiphetho. He also tied the knot to his partner of seven years, Mpotseng Makgae, and they had a beautiful wedding day at Pont de Val in Gauteng. Tswyza tells TRUELOVE that his wedding day was one of the moments in his life he looked forward to.

“If anything, we’ve grown stronger,” he says as he mentions that nothing much has changed in their relationship. The wedding day was just a reassurance of their love because they had been together for approximately seven years. The couple also has three children together.

Tswyza says the highlight of his wedding was watching Mpotseng walk down the aisle. He was also touched when it rained for a minute or so and he believes that was a reaffirmation that their marriage is indeed blessed. “It’s been a beautiful journey with its necessary challenges but timing is everything,” Tswyza said in a Daily Sun article as he mentioned how his relationship with Mpotseng has had its ups and downs but they still managed to stick together despite all odds.

Furthermore, Tswyza told Daily Sun that the day was dedicated to close family and friends, with no publicity nor celebrity guests as he enjoys his privacy. “It was a beautiful, intimate affair at the glamorous Pont de Val, no celebrities or media, just close friends and family.”

Here are some snippets from the actor’s nuptials.
