A new character has joined Durban Gen that came to television screens as a replacement for Rhythm City that ended this year.

Nyaniso Dzedze is a South African media personality who is another jack of many trades in the entertainment industry. He is an actor, choreographer and dancer. Nyaniso is popular known from Ashes to Ashes whereby he played the character of Tsietsi Namane. He is again known from Generations The Legacy whereby he worked with one of the dangerous criminals who left the show being Jack Mabaso. He was a guest artist and appeared as Mabaso’s right hand man.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nyaniso has now bagged a new role on Durban Gen and will be playing the character of a doctor called Doctor Dhlomo. The announcement of him joining a new show was made by Durban Gen on social media.

Many celebrities have bagged new roles and joined new shows this year such as Lusanda Mbane who said goobye to her Scandal role and joined Imbewu The Seed. It is good to see celebrities growing in their careers moving from one show to another and continuing to do well in what they do best. Viewers get tired in seeing celebrities playing the same roles especially if nothing new ever gets introduced regarding that particular role. Therefore a change or a shift to a new show is always needed as it also helps in the show’s viewership.

It is definitely Nyaniso’s year as he around August this year was blessed with a bundle of joy with his wife and now he has bagged a new role.Congratulations are in order for him, may he continue doing well in keeping viewers entertained at all times and be recognised for other new upcoming roles.
