2 weeks back cassper Nyovest shocked the whole world when he went after Focalistic unprovoked , dissing the young man on his new track titled Ooh Ahh, featuring himself and the late Riky Rick, fans were expectedly happy.

The hit was very much anticipated as Mzansi were expecting some new bars from cassper nyovest who have been wired for sometime in the world of hip-hop , and the new song got Mzansi so happy he seemed to deliver bars on the track. But it then turned a bit awkward when Cassper tried to come for Focalistic suggesting that the musician copied his style.

However South Africans have been waiting for Focalistic to respond to the beef and he finally broke the silence this morning. Focalistic hosted a live video on Instagram walking down the streets of Paris, saying that the issues of artists beefing each other it’s not about who chills with or who he smokes with.

He said that his fans have been screaming that “Cass is beefing you” thinking that he’s quiet because he’s afraid of him. He went on to say that He can even tell Cass straight to his face that “yeah you did inspire me, but your Inspiration doesn’t have an invoice, meaning I don’t have to pay you, incase you need an payment.”

He also said that he was also inspired by Michael Jackson and he was going to pay him if he was still alive, however it doesn’t matter at all as now he’s enjoying his life at the iphone tower in Paris.

The beef between the 2 goes back to 2019 when Focalistic was still a nobody and the likes of Cassper Nyovest were switching from rap to Amapiano with major league djz coming in hot, introducing Focalistic to the game.

According to the reports, Focalistic worked with Cass and released a song called skhafthini and cassper was grilled for singing flop in the song. However Later Foca and Casser would reunite for yet another joint single Never Know. At the time Cassper was looking to work more with Focalistic. But, allegedly, Foca was less than happy about the matter as he believed that Cassper was starting to try and emulate his lyrical style. Hence we have never seen the two on another song since.
