Playing Didi in Generations The Legacy

Neo plays the role of Didi Mpofu in Generations The Legacy; she is Fikile and Ben’s firstborn daughter with an attitude towards her mother. Didi arrived at the Moroka mansion with her younger brother Bonga (Tabile Tau) for her mother’s engagement with Mazwi Moroka. She proudly carries her father’s attitude and her mother’s character, a no-nonsense teen who has her mind set on hating her mother for life.

She was studying to be a lawyer but later ditched her studies to be a photographer and wanted to be a photojournalist. Her new career path earned her a scholarship to study overseas, an arrangement that clashed with her mother’s wedding.

Fikile risked everything and announced the postponement of her wedding to accommodate her daughter showing that she is a changed mother. Her trick seems to have worked, and Didi convinced Kabisi to push the wedding to an earlier date.

Playing a role in Generations The Legacy boosted Neo’s CV as she set to conquer the acting industry.
