In recent years ownership remains a mystery. Many have it that the bubbly influencer lives in the mansion, but it was bought for her by Njilo, who is said to be the owner. However, Nketsi has been singing from a different hymnal after she revealed that it was bought for her by Njilo and the deeds bear her name.

Of interest is the fact that the house is located one kilometre away from her husband’s house in Hyde Park. She revealed this back then in December 2021. However, in the mix of things, Mzansi has failed to connect the dots on its price tag and how many rooms it boasts around with.

City Press has it that on19th of August 2022, debt collectors visited Nzuzo Njilo and Faith Nketsi’s house but were only able to recover items worth about R350 000. Reports have it that Njilo pleaded and struck an instalment payment. It seems as if they have decided to sell their other house to settle the owing balance to the taxman.

Rumour mill has it that on 23 August 2022, the mansion was listed on Property 24. But in the mix of things, fans have different views on the issue. Some have it that the house might not be child-friendly.
