On Thursday, the actress’s portrayal of Lindiwe Ngema makes her last appearance.

The time has come for Scandal actress Nomvelo Makhanya to bid her on-screen character Lindiwe Ngema farewell, as has been widely reported.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
According to a statement given to TE from e.tv, Lindiwe will make her last appearance on Thursday.

Nomvelo has been a part of Scandal for a while, and her role there has changed over time. As a high school student living in the Ngema household in Soweto, Lindiwe’s journey began.

She persisted through a difficult life, eventually becoming a club owner, and married Nhlamulo.

Their dream came true when Lindiwe became pregnant. On the other hand, Lindiwe started to feel unwell and found out she had a chronic illness. She was forced to decide between the baby and abortion as her condition worsened in order to survive.

After everything she had been through, Lindiwe made the decision to take a chance at saving her child and fight all the way to the end.

In an interview with last year, Nomvelo gave herself a pat on the back for how far she’s come, beaming at the memory of the nine-year journey of playing the cheeky teen-turned-smart young adult.
