Hip-hop star Emtee has been released on bail after he had been arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife.

The Hip Hop icon made headlines last week after he was arrested.

Nicole Kendall Ndevu accused him of being abusive, and now, the artist is reportedly trying to clear his name.

 

To add salt to injury, Ndevu is reportedly pregnant with the couple’s child and the assault incident reportedly did not sit down well with the rapper’s fans.

It seems though the couple have been going through a turbulent time which has been highlighted in the media.

Nicole alleges that Emtee was abusive whilst she was seven months pregnant. A pregnant Nicole then walks up to Emtee’s phone and holds her screen up to the camera with an image of her swollen face, stating “this is what he did to me”.

Emtee denied the allegations of abuse insisting that Ndevu is the one who beats up him up each time they have an argument.
