Wade, however, decided to take matters into his own hands and commission a Mercedes-Maybach S-Class.

Gabrielle Union surprised Dwyane Wade for Father’s Day in 2020 with a 1974 Ford Bronco. She knew it was something he desired, and he couldn’t be happier. Then, in January 2021, she surprised him with a white 1988 Mercedes-Benz SL.

This year, however, the actress has not revealed what she gave Wade for his 40th birthday. The birthday party, on the other hand, was star-studded, with LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, and several other basketball stars in attendance.

Dwyane Wade, on the other hand, treated himself to a brand-new Mercedes-Maybach S 580 after the “birthday week” was over. He announced the news on Instagram Stories, where he posted a photo of himself standing casually in front of the luxurious vehicle. Later, he added a short storey about Omar McGee, the owner of Posh Luxury Imports, a dealership that helps customers design their ideal custom vehicle.

“When @dwyanewade calls and requests a rare Maybach purchase with Sienna “basketball”???? interior, and expresses to me that no one was able to find, my reply was “I got you!” with results in 24 hours,” McGee wrote on Instagram. He also showed us the luxurious interior of Wade’s new ride.

The Mercedes-Maybach S 580 is a mild hybrid with a 4.0-liter V8 engine that produces 496 horsepower (503 ps) at 5,500 rpm and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) at 2,000-4,500 rpm. It also has a gearbox-mounted electric motor, which adds 20 horsepower and 147.5 lb-ft of torque (200 Nm).
