Dudu Zuma Ex-Husband Faces Eviction As He Struggles To Pay R3 Million Rent

Duduzile Zuma’s ex-husband, Lonwabo Sambudla is facing eviction from his luxurious Sandton offices as he struggles to pay R3 million rent.

This comes after Sambudla and his company were dragged to the Johannesburg High Court by the Little River Trading who cites that Impuma group, a company owned by Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla’s ex-husband was defaulting on their monthly rent payment for several months.

Lonwabo Sambudla is said to be a millionaire who allegedly amassed his wealth through government tenders, and during their divorce proceedings, Duduzile Zuma revealed that he owned numerous luxurious vehicles and other possessions.

Social critics are having a great time dragging Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla saying it seems her ex-husband is struggling after the taps were closed. The truth however is that Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla has long divorced with Lonwabo and cannot be held accountable for his failure to pay his monthly rentals.

Duduzile Zuma is being dragged in this case as she has been very vocal that during her father’s tenure, he created more black millionaires than any other president, and this undeniably include her ex-husband who is alleged to have accumulated his millions through the tender system.

Zuma has however not responded to the eviction of her ex-husband from his Sandton offices. It is also not only Sambudla who is struggling financially, but most ANC comrades including the workers at the party’s headquarters.

ANC workers are picketing outside Luthuli House over unpaid salaries and what they term is a lack of contractual obligations from their employer. The workers were seen holding placards carrying different messages. Some of the messages include “how can we work when we are hungry”.

Some claimed that the current ANC leadership they have is the most uncaring about their worker’s well being. Others stated that they are demanding their salaries with immediate effect.

Perhaps it is high time that the African National Congress puts its house in order as these unending protests by their workers over non payment of salaries doesn’t look good for the ruling party.
