Ironically two days before he was gunned down; Kiernan Jarryd Forbes; famously known as; AKA (35); took to his Twitter account to post that he had wanted to be an Idols SA judge.
His post was in response to a post by DSTV Channel; which announced the cancellation of Idols SA from airing in the future.
The cancellation was confirmed by Shirley Adonisi; Director of Local Entertainment Channels at M-Net; who revealed that the show was ending after 21 years on air.
The show had launched many careers. The final season will be welcomed with great anticipation by Mzansi Magic viewers.
When the news of the termination of the show broke out; it went viral. This is when AKA revealed that he had dreamed of being one of the show’s judges.
This was displayed by him taking to Twitter; where he the disclosed his unfulfilled fantasy:
According to the celebrated South African Rapper; Idols SA would have been a better and exciting show; had he been given a chance to be one of the the judges.
