It has become very clear that the NPA is so incompetent. These peolle have proven time and time again that they just don’t know their job. In many cases they rush to charge people when they do not have any evidence of the crimes they have committed. Instead of doing the investigations first, they would rather arrest and then go so investigations and only for them to comes and withdraw cases saying that there is not much evidence.

We know that one of the charges that Dr Nandipha’s father charged with was murder but it was not clear who he has murdered. But the charges have since been dropped because of lack of evidence. But we know that for Dr Nandipha, she had been remanded and she will be back again in court on 3rd and 4th May alongside other accused to make a formal bail application.

But her legal team seems to be certain that she will walk Scott free in all this. It is not clear if she will plead guilty or not guilty to the chreges she faces. But with what the legal team is saying, it does not look like she will plead guilty. It won’t even come as a surprise if the murder charges that she also faces might be withdrawn given how incompetent the NPA is. Even with Dr Nandipha, it is not clear why she has been charges with murder because the court will have to prove that she has killed someone and what we know so far is that she claimed dead bodies. Meaning that those people were already dead when she claimed them unless they can prove that she had something to do with their deaths. But we know that there are some people who are already supporting Dr Nandipha ad some even believe that she was used by Thabo Bester.
