Dr. Nandipha claims Thabo Bester forced her.

According to reports, the pair was apprehended just 10 kilometers from the Kenyan border after fleeing the nation after they were put on a wanted list.

Upon their initial arrest, Tanzanian authorities were told by Magudumana that she was being detained against her will by convicted rapist and murderer Bester.

Despite the fact that Bester had been in love with the recognized couple during his time spent in jail at Mangaung, they were separated after it became public that the two had escaped together.

In May of 2022, Bester successfully executed the perfect prison break by staging his own suicide to get out of jail.

A small news organization called GroundUp did some digging, and the results opened a can of worms regarding the tragedy.

One Tanzanian source claims that after their arrest, Magudumana and Bester spoke with Tanzanian authorities.

She made a statement, but it’s unclear whether she did so willingly or was coerced into it.

Her being held against her will was reported to the Citizen by an anonymous source.

He had her against her will and was holding her. That’s what she told the police when they first asked her questions after her arrest.

On Thursday afternoon, Police Minister Bheki Cele held a press conference to reaffirm his earlier statement that Magudumana had corporates with the Tanzanian authorities.

We are aware of Magudumana’s (a excellent doctor) cooperation from the opposing camp. Traditionally, the excellent doctor has been married to Bester, and we know he didn’t help out,” Cele remarked.

This is not Magudumana’s first time in court. Several charges were filed against her, and she was sent to jail until Monday, the 17th.
