Nelisiwe Sibiya, a South African musician and composer, was birthed Nelisiwe Faith Sibiya and is best known for playing Dr. Mbali Mthethwa in the new television series Durban Gen.

She provided the voice for the anthem for the Mzansi Magic drama Lockdown. Mandla N, an actor and director, helped her break into the business. The title of the song is “Mama ka Bafana,” and it relates a sorrowful story in a very moving way.

Although it is unknown when she was born, she is believed to somehow be 28 years old. The celebrity appears to have a natural aptitude for thriving at anything she chooses to do. Despite her determination to give up upon her film career, Nelisiwe still performs admirably.


Nelisiwe Faith Sibiya, a Zulu-speaking woman who’d been born and reared in KwaZulu Natal’s Eshowe, graduated first from Tshwane University of Technology’s Musical Theatre program.
