Shawn Mkhize reverted to her maiden name of Mkhize after her divorce from well-known Durban businessman Sbuh Mpisane. The business career of Shawn Mkhize has brought her millions of rands in multiple firms. After purchasing the Glad Africa Championship team Real kings, she changed the name of the club to the Royal AM Football Club to commemorate herself. Both Andile Mpisane’s name for the Royal AM Football Club and the Royal eagles’ name for the Royal family go hand in hand.

Shawn Mkhize’s former business partner owns a majority stake in Royal Eagles. There are currently no members of the Royal Eagles team on ABC Mostsepe. The South African entrepreneur’s wealth soared after she acquired the Bloemfontein Celtic franchise.
