What about Shonisani Muleya’s Ashifa Shabba on SABC 2?

After his parents split up, Ashifa Shabba was raised by his grandmother in Makwarela, a township in the Venda district of Limpopo province. Because he was so mischievous as a child, he can use humor to get through difficult times.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
The comedian, now 46 years old and originally from Limpopo, is also a radio host. Apparently Ashifa Shabba comes from a dynasty of comedians stretching back two generations. Peter Nemaenzhe Sr. and his late grandfather Samuel were family comedians. In 1995, while still a student, Ashifa Shabba began his radio career at the TNT (Technikon Northern Transvaal) school radio station.

A lot of people have been wondering where he is and what he’s been up to for the past few years ever since he vanished from the public eye. Ashiba Shabba has just become a shareholder in both Power FM and Capricorn FM. He also co-founded Choice FM in Venda and Energy FM in Polokwane. Though he and his wife recently divorced, Ashifa Shabba remains a devoted family man. He maintains positive relationships with both his children and his ex-wife.
