He recently praised his mom for her impeccable sense of style. He clearly gets his good looks from her. He shared a picture of his mom modeling in a sharp-looking DJ Tira outfit, wearing all-white from head to heel.

He captioned the picture, “Got it from my mom.” He’s clearly feeling proud of his mom for wearing something from his own clothing line. We’re sure that the feeling is mutual. The music producer and disk jockey says he gets his vibe from his mom and we don’t doubt it. Many of his fans commented on the photo and gushed over his mom’s look. This would be another awesome positive piece of news around DJ Tira’s life. Very recently, he hinted at joining Mzansi Magic’s popular soap The Queen. He teased his fans with a pic of himself and Shona Ferguson on the sets of the show. This would be another feather in his cap as he would be taking on a new role as an actor! He’s quite the multi-talented individual, isn’t he? DJ Tira is also known for his sharp business sense. He had taken the Qabe twins under his belt and got them a record deal. It clearly worked out, as the twins made enough money to buy themselves a car.
Not Always Good News
He’s also no stranger to drama. He was accused of being a part of a group that wanted to kill-off Durban based musician TNS. This happened after TNS himself released a video where he was pleading for his life. He looked genuinely scared and this alarmed quite a few people. DJ Tira quickly cleared himself of such harsh and serious allegations. In his own video, he said he doesn’t have any problem with TNS. Then he said he was tired of being blamed for things happening in the Durban industry.
In the past, he’s had trouble with overexcited fans. During one of his performances, a woman tried to unzip his pants while he was on stage! The DJ posted that video online and even his wife responded to it.
It also looks like his son is following in his dad’s footsteps of being an entertainer and in the news. He was allegedly dating Nandi Mbatha after she broke up with her ex Naak Musiq. It’s been pretty quiet since then, though. Either way, we love knowing things from DJ Tira’s family and we’re looking forward to more gossip soon.
