American DJ, record producer and rapper Khaled Mohammed Khaled, known professionally as DJ Khaled who is also signed to Roc Nation just like Mamelodi Sundowns has congratulated them on winning another DStv Premiership title.

 

 

 

 

The Chloorkop based outfit were officially crowned as the 2022/23 DStv Premiership Champions on Tuesday evening after their 1-all stalemate against Maritzburg United for a sixth successive year and a 13th time overall in the PSL era.

The solitary point at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium meant that Mamelodi Sundowns finished off the season with 70 points, one point shy of what would have been a new record.

On the other, the Team of Choice who are currently placed 14th on the 2022/23 DStv Premiership log standings with 30 points in 30 matches were able to boost their survival chances and all thanks to former Mamelodi Sundowns centre forward Jose Ali Meza’s 71st minute equaliser.

On Tuesday evening, the 2022/23 DStv Premiership Champions and the CAF Champions League semi finalists Mamelodi Sundowns took to their Instagram account where they shared a video where renowned American DJ, record producer and rapper DJ Khaled congratulated them on winning another league title.

From the shared video on the popular platform, the 47 year old New Orleans born rapper and producer who is best known for his hit song 𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘐 𝘋𝘰 𝘐𝘴 𝘞𝘪𝘯 could be heard saying, “Sundowns congratulations on another win, another title, another one. They didn’t believe in us, Sundowns did”.

As of recently, a number of Mamelodi Sundowns die-hard fans have taken to the comment section where they also congratulated the club on winning another DStv Premiership title.
