Diep City entertainer Nozuko Ncayiyane Ntshangase opened up about her industry battles in a meeting with Actor Spaces.
 

Not at all like most entertainers who either contemplated Drama or went to AFDA, Nozuko didn’t get any conventional preparing to be an entertainer. Addressing Actor Spaces, Nozuko said, “I’m not officially prepared, I am casually prepared through local area theater. I just told a companion of mine that I need to do this thing that we do in Arts and Culture class. Then, at that point she enlightened me regarding a gathering that I can join. It showed me discipline. It showed me the excellence of making and it encouraged me to make genuinely and act naturally.”

Nozuko said she was encouraged the proper behavior through local area theater, “It is a casual set up however it should be perceived on the grounds that there is such a lot of preparing and it has created stars. I in a real sense went from local area theater to doing shows with Edmund Mhlongo and Jerry Pooe”

It took some time for Nozuko to contemplate some different option from acting and she says this was her mother’s thought, after she lost her employment and expected that Nozuko may not understand any she had always wanted. She went to the University of Kwazulu Natal to consider training. Anyway things were chaotic back home since her mother couldn’t stand to pay for her home and scholastic expenses, “I was concentrating yet I owed everything. “I think I was 23. I completed matric around 2010 and I just went to the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal (UKZN) around 2014, this implied I was 4 years out of school, performing around, working with the playhouse and doing shows around Durban. I was from home around then”.

At the point when Nozuko got to Joburg, she would send the greater part of her compensation to her mother back home, and she says this was just plain dumb. She before long fell into the downturn opening.

“Monetarily, I didn’t comprehend a ton of things. Mentally, there were still a ton of things I expected to learn around that. I screwed up a great deal monetarily, I settled on truly downright terrible. I felt like all that I learnt in secondary school was not a piece of this”

Nozuki is currently working through her downturn and is improving. “At this moment I have discovered that it is a piece of me and I can’t battle it any longer. Around then, I discovered Johannesburg to be exceptionally quick and I was acting and i wasn’t sure what to do in the business, and it was about what the business anticipates that you should do and I felt as I didn’t squeeze into this industry. I would not like to do what everybody was doing in the business. I would not like to go to those occasions.

I felt like I was not doing what’s necessary and I felt as I didn’t have heading or know what I was doing. So sincerely I got screwed up and attempted self multiple times, I was not prepared for Johannesburg, I didn’t have the foggiest idea what Johannesburg planned to give me yet I needed to come here. It was awesome however.”
