Mampitsha died on the 24th of December 2022 and he had a huge funeral in some of the biggest halls in Kwa Zulu Natal, there are reports going around claiming that the funeral received more than 50 million in proceeds from the government which was not even true said the KZN government.

Mandla was his real name and his funeral was like a party because Babes seemed very happy that he is dead or maybe she was tired of the abuse she got from the man as she once got on Instagram live and filmed him beating her up with slaps and they once said he broke her leg.

Babes Wodumo and Mandla’s mother did not get along at first, but now they do as they kissed each other on the mouth at the funeral for the cameras and reporters to stop questioning them about their relationship.

They had a very toxic relationship, they did whatever it took for them to remain famous even if it was detrimental to their reputation as they think all publicity is good publicity. The funeral was paid for by his friends and his estate as he was making a lot of money from shows, reality shows, and music.

Some people think that Babes was being used by Mampintsha to further his own agenda, but they both used each other equally, no one knew she was before her one hit Wololo which had entire South Africa in shock because we did not expect a person that does not know how to sing make hit which was a new genre in the country when it first came in.

Mampitsha was a great man, he loved most of the people he was around that is why he became who he was in the music industry also he worked extra hard to move in that direction.
