Khaya is an actor and radio host best known for playing the role of GC in the SABC 1 drama Uzalo. Khaya is also a proud member of the LGBTQ community and has been in a relationship with a man named Mercutio Buthelezi. The two have been together for years and in 2020, he shared that Mercutio proposed to him so they could get married. He shared that Mercutio organized a surprise date night and popped the question.

 

 

 

 
The two have been in love ever since, and yesterday Twitter reporter Musa Khaula reported that the couple had allegedly ended their relationship. Musa said they even deleted photos of each other from their social media pages, and that Mercutio was spotted spending time with his ex.

Several tweeters also commented on the post, with one mentioning that he worked with Mercutio for years, but didn’t know he was gay until Khaya Dladla posted him.
