Rikhado Muziwendlovu Makhado, known professionally as Riky Rick, was a South African rapper, songwriter, singer, composer, actor, entrepreneur, fashion designer. Makhado was the founder and owner of record label Cotton Club Records. He was also a member of Boyz N Bucks.

 

 

MZansi woke up to another heartbreaking morning as riky rick followed Dj citi lyts who died last week. Riky Rick got Mzansi worried at 2 am this morning after he posted a line from his song called Home saying “I’ll return a stronger man. This land is still my home”.

After seeing that tweet a lot of Celebrities who are close to him started posting sad emoji showing that they’re in grief and one of them was maphorisa. However his death was then Confirmed by the Sunday world saying that they had close sources who confirmed the guy’s passing.

According to The Sunday world Riky Rick was suffering from anxiety and depression for a long time and this time he posted his suicidal tweet he has had enough which led him to hunging himself up with a rope. The guy was found later by his management team around 8:30 and he was alive but time was ticking.

“Unfortunately he died when they were en route to the hospital,” said a source who did not want to be named.

His passing is so sad and heartbreaking because the guy had a baby girl and also he had a deal going on with an African bank which was going to earn him millions of Rands. The saddest part is that this weekend he just launched his fashion project called cotton fest which was dope.

A lot of people are still in disbelief that Riky is gone and others are saying that they will only believe after seeing his coffin going 6 fit under.
