David Kau to losing his house he is allegedly about to be homeless

Celebrities’ financial difficulties have dominated news stories for the past few months. The comedian David Kau is the most recent famous person to reportedly be in danger of losing his house. David Kau allegedly owes FNB more than R1 million because he allegedly took out a loan to buy his Johannesburg home.


The high court in Johannesburg reportedly authorized the auction of his home after he failed to pay back a loan. David is legally obligated to the applicant for the sum of R1 662 198 and the additional R333 000 concerning the mortgaged bond. David Kau allegedly defaulted on the house loan last year and now owes R275 000 in late fees. The loan was supposed to be repaid in R14,000 monthly instalments.

Celebrities’ financial difficulties have been prevalent, particularly in recent months. Some of these people are solution-oriented problem solvers who serve as an inspiration to their families. Prince Kaybee even expressed his sorrow over the situation, gave creatives advice on how they can help themselves, and claimed to have spent the previous two days reflecting on recent media stories about artists’ belongings being seized.
