Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu took on Instagram video. She was in an event which was formal and smart casual wear. The Minister states it’s a 40th birthday celebration of Collen Mashawana.

The orchestra group is in the background playing a Italian upbeat music which is the one the Minister is dancing to on the video.

The Minister does turn arounds with a smile on her face and laughing as her camera person records the moment for the Minister.
