Connie mentioned something painful Mzansi failed to do for Shona while he was still alive

During Shona Ferguson’s memorial service, Connie revealed something painful Mzansi has failed to do for Shona. She says we failed to recognize his greatness while he was alive. “Mr Sho was the most underrated actor in this country, we didn’t appreciate him. We’re only appreciating him and showing him now that he is gone,” Connie said.

While speaking about the love of his life, she also revealed her biggest struggle since Shona died. “My biggest struggle is missing him in the physically. I miss his hugs and his touch. I know we will always be connected in the spirit but physically, I’m struggling,” Connie said.

As she reminisced about the moments they spent together, Connie described Shona as a walking angel. “An Angel walked through my home one day”. She further related how she met her husband with a broad smile on her face. “I have no regrets, just beautiful memories.” Connie Ferguson stood there with so much confidence and strength. Speaking about Ferguson Films, Connie said that it’s her husband’s legacy that will never die. “If you THINK @Ferguson_Films is dead, KNOW that Fergusons Film is GREAT… that’s my husbands’ legacy.” In her words.

The way Connie Ferguson spoke of her husband is so beautiful man. “No one hugs like my husband…. no one laughs like my husband.” Connie once again thanked Mzansi for prayers and support. She further asked for more prayers because “the road is not gonna be easy”.

Actress Tsholofelo Matshaba also paid tribute to Shona Ferguson. “Abuti Shona lived with you and loved you…He will love you forever and live in you forever,” Matshaba said to Ferguson’s wife, Connie Ferguson.
