Life sometimes causes us to grow up when we least expect it. Circumstances will make you face your fears whether you like it or not. It’s not always something that we are ready for but we don’t have a choice. We have to grow up no matter what.

Connie Ferguson’s daughters Lesedi and Alicia were forced to grow up fast and take up certain responsibilities after their father’s death. They had to be strong and support their mother. It has been a full year since Shona Ferguson died. They finally had their Gala dinner and celebrated him.

Alicia unlike the rest of the family, likes music more than acting. We’ve seen her choreograph dance moves for her mother and aunt. The Ferguson Foundation shared pictures of herself beating the drum at the Gala dinner. She’s in her element and it shows she’s very happy. Her mother’s fans were left in awe.
