Connie Ferguson ‘Harriet’ brags about the beauty of being a boss in real life

Connie Ferguson plays the role of Harriet in The Queen, but she is also the Boss of Ferguson films and The Queen, and she brags about it. In the show, Harriet is arguably the Boss both at Khoza trucking and in the family drug business since the death of his husband, Mzi. She had been clashing with Brutus ‘Themba Ndaba’, and they fought against each other to the end. The two had been fighting for power, but it seemed that the love they shared themselves had won. Now they are running both businesses together, and things are flourishing. What a loving and united family the Khoza has become.

Since she rose to stardom, Connie had been starting businesses along with his late husband, Shona Ferguson. Together they have established Ferguson Films and many other companies. They had been joint owners, but now that Shona passed away, Connie is the sole Boss. It seemed, however, that Connie was different from the traditional bosses we used to know. Her subordinates and workmates love her and don’t fear her. Yes, they love to be around Connie, and they idolise her so much, but she also enjoys the ride. How come one may not enjoy being such a prominent boss?
